Building the garden beds and an arbor in the fron yard

 We put in three raised beds in out front yard. They came out great I was about to give up and just put them in the ground and not in a raised bed because it looked like I wasn't going to be able to get any lumber. Then I found someone giving away a lot of old cedar boards. He said most of the stuff was garbage but we happily weeded through them to find some good boards. Then I found someone that was giving away old manure. So for just the cost of gas to pick the stuff up, I got three cedar raised beds with some pretty damn good soil.

Of course I didn't get a finished picture of the arbor.  I still have to paint it white. 

Michael getting all his ducks in a row

I know for a fact that this are not all of his ducks.  There are many more down stairs in the playroom.

Q & U Wedding

The kids are having a wedding today at school.  Q is marrying U.  The girls had to dress as queens and the boys had to dress as ushers.  I didn't have anything for them to wear so out came the sewing machine.  You can;t tell but Michael's tie is sewn onto his shirt.  He was so funny.  He put it on and said "I look good in this.  It makes me look important."

Nicole and her cousin Klaire just happen to have the same team colors for their soccer uniform.

And check this out.  They even have the same number.

Nicole won her first soccer game today.  Even though they don't keep score Daddy did.
