I really need to get off the computer

I have to be to work in a hour.  I still have to get their kids clothes out, make lunches, take a shower and get ready.  I do this to myself almost everyday, sitting here checking my mail and the news.  Nothing has happened since 1 this morning.  I really need to take a break from this thing.  Maybe I should remove it from the kitchen.  Nah ain't going to happen.
